VAMSYSTEMS is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore & India.
VAMSYSTEMS is currently looking for WebSphere Portal Developer or our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skill Set required:
•        Bachelor Degree in Science / IT / Computer Science or equivalent.
•        5-6 years of experience working on WebSphere Portal 6.0 or 6.1 development and support
•        Experience in production support of critical business applications utilizing J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Spring, Hibernate, XML, Ajax and SSO.
•        Expertise in development and deployment of Portlets (using IBM API, JSR 168/286 API), WSRP and development of mobile portal applications.
•        Expertise in designing and developing the themes, theme policy and Skins for the portal.
•        Good understanding on Web App Integration like IFRAME, WebClipper Portlets.
•        Experience in spring, webservices and portal security
•        Knowledge of jUnit & jWebUnit testing and ANT build environment.
Responsibilities:
•        Fix application production known defects or defects encountered in production
•        Troubleshoot application or application integration issues and help to resolve
•        Carry out deployments of updated applications
•        Support testing team by incorporating testing changes identified by User acceptance testing.
•        Create / update relevant document based on the modifications and fixes done.
Terms and conditions:

Joining time frame : 2 weeks (maximum 4 weeks)
