VAM SYSTEMS is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore & India.
VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for Security Infrastructure Admin for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skill Set required:
•        2-4 years of hands-on windows XP/7 experience preferably in a support role.
•        Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.
•        Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate both verbally and written in a professional manner, and ability to use a ticketing system to track open support issues. Able to read and understand technical manuals,procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
•        Highly self motivated and directed.
•        Keen attention to detail.
•        Strong customer service orientation.
•        Experience working in a dynamic team-oriented, collaborative environment.
•        Strong desire to learn and grow technically and professionally.
•        Technical experience with Windows XP/7, Microsoft Office 2007/2010 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), Citrix.
•        Working knowledge of Active Directory user account management.
•        Working knowledge of TCP/IP and networking concepts.
•        Working knowledge of security concepts such as user permissions, authentication, and authorization.
•        Ability to perform a clean installation of Windows XP/7, Upgrade to Windows 7, and migrate user-related data and settings from Windows XP
•        Knowledge of Bank related applications, such as :
•        T24
•        SMS application
•        Hyperion
•        Norkom
•        Collection System
•        Accurate System
•        Power Card
•        WPS
•        Sigcap
•        QuickCheck
•        ICCS
•        Security appliances Knowledge, such as :
•        Mcafee Antivirus Administration
•        Firewalls Appliance Administration
•        IPS (Intrusion Prevention System Administration)
•        CISCO ASA VPN Box Administration
•        Mail Gateway Administration
•        DLP End Point Security Administration
•        Internet Proxy Administration
•        End Point Security for External Devices Administration
•        Web Publishing Device Net Continnum Administration
•        SSL VPN Administration
•        Firewall Analyzer Administration
•        Exchange Mailbox and Policy Administration
•        AD (Active Directory) User/ Group/ Group Membership
•        Citrix Users Administration
•        ICCS Good written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities:
•        User access administration and password management for all systems and applications
•        Security appliances administration and password management
•        Manage user security and distribution groups in Active Directory.
•        Works with other technicians and Infrastructure Services staff as appropriate to determine and resolve problems received from internal customers.
•        Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.

Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
