1.Manage the profitability of the overall property portfolio.
2.Establish and maintain underwriting rules for new business; including training of personnel and development of producer training materials.
3.Establish and manage the renewal review/underwriting process.
4.Manage the field underwriting team to insure their compliance with established underwriting process and authority.
5.Complete quarterly underwriting audit of branch offices
6.Complete annual profitability assessment of producers; this includes the establishment of Profit Improvement plans for large agents or distribution partners.
7.Develop portfolio mix reports as prescribed by the Regional Office.
8.Implement segmentation plans and strategies to ensure desired portfolio mix is achieved.
6-8 years of experience in Underwriting business.
Skills:

-Good marketing skills & ability to manage relations with Agents.
