Job title: Tenders Manager:

Job Description: We are looking for a qualified and talented Tenders Manager with related experience 5-7 years with an attractive salary. Key responsibilities will include:

•        Managing, planning, budgeting and cost controlling Tenders Department activities.
•        Initiating, implementing and following up on all activities leading to the awardation of tenders.
•        Promoting and marketing all tender product lines.
•        The Tenders Manager should list all tenders (MOH tenders, RKH tenders and ministries tenders) with their issue date and perform regular follow up with the concerned party before tender is publicized to get an early copy of tender.
•        The Tenders Manager should negotiate with the suppliers/manufacturers for their quotations and ensure that the price estimates by the supplier/manufacturers are within the acceptable target prices based on previous bids and information obtained for the current tender.
