A Multinational Company on Cairo has the following position:

Job title: Systems operator:

Job Description: We are looking for a qualified and talented Systems operator with an attractive salary. The candidate should posses from 4-6 years of experience at this position. Key responsibilities will include:

        Act as first line of support for maintaining and troubleshooting problems related to Database and Business Application Problems.
        Plan, execute, monitor and close assigned projects.
        Install, configure, integrate and test Database Instances and Servers.
        Troubleshoot incidents related to Database Servers.
        Act as second level support for IT Technical Support staff in troubleshooting technical support issues related Database and business applications.
        Provide leadership and assistance to hourly Technical Support staff.
        Perform Database backups and recovery.
        Update Database configuration documents as requested.
        Adhere to set of processes and procedures. Early highlighting obstacles preventing adherence.
        Timely submission of reports.

-        Leadership skills.
-        Troubleshooter ( excellent problem solver)
-        Very good English.
-        Strong personality and presentable.
-         Communication and correspondence skills.
-        Computer skills & internet navigation.
-        Proven experience of managing an IT department.
-        Experience in IT infrastructure planning and development.
-        Strong team leading skills.
-        Ability to effectively priorities and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
