As call centre agent your role will consist of handling online bookings, Hotel reservations, Airlines ticketing, In-bound sales, Customer service/order changes and answering customer calls and enquiries for a major travel company handling.
Job requirements:
• Native Arabic speaker
• Fluency in French
• 0-2 years of customer service, call-center and sales experience
• Previous experience in travel industry an advantage
• Knowledge of GDS systems such as “Galileo, Travelport, Worldspan, Amadeus and Sabre” will qualify applicants for senior roles (Team Managers or Senior Agents)
Job specifics:
Yearly Salary: EGP 30,576 Gross + EGP 2,640 Performance Bonus
Start date: ASAP
