Due to rapid expansion, my client, an international company based in Cairo are now looking for fluent English & Arabic speakers with previous customer service experience to join their multinational team in Cairo, Egypt.

Job specifics:

Working hours: 24/7 (40hrs per week) you must be available to work day shifts or night shifts
Salary: EGP 2400 +600 bonus = 3000 per month

As call centre agent your role will consist of:

Providing Customer service or Inbound sales opportunities, Answering questions, Resolving issues, Customer service/order changes and providing information as required


Job requirements:

•        Excellent level of spoken and written English (This will be tested at Screening and Interview stage!)
•        Previous customer service/sales experience
•        Good PC skills are an advantage
•        Strong communication skills
