Job description:

Solution business leadership

•        Lead virtual team (services marketing, OPM, activation and program) on SU level to drive selected solutions deployment and performance.
•        Drive the business performance of solutions in the market including all components (device, service, …).
•        Drive solution portfolio for theme on SU level through SU portfolio planning processes to meet local market requirements.
•        Provide pricing and positioning inputs as part of overall solution plans (through respective functions). Compile the overall consumer value proposition for the solution and deploy clearly to x-functional team and LSU.
•        Drive external focus and lead competitor analysis for the solution (devices and services) to identify market specific opportunities and drive solution fit to markets.
•        Drive solution development and deployment on SU level to match local market requirements.
•        Constantly engage with LSU marketing heads to provide guidance on solution roll out as well as to incorporate market understanding into solution work.
•        Support sell in activities with key customers and support PR activities within region.

GTM program leadership

•        Lead GTM solution programs and support/coach LSUs on target setting, scoping and reviews.
•        Actively drive solution GTM program wow through SU and LSUs to key mode of working for solutions.
•        Partners with SU activation, OPM and services marketing as well as x-functional teams to ensure SU deliverables on the theme program. Is responsible for SU and LSU program kickoff.
•        Partners with LSU program leaders to ensure LSU delivers quality GTM planning milestones and day zero readiness.
•        Tracks GTM deliverables before and after day zero, flags issues and drives resolution of obstacles.
•        Post-day zero, owns the business tracking on the program alongside LSUs. Ensures full visibility of performance vs targets ongoing. Intervenes to address gaps. Is accountable for business deliverables vs targets set at GTM3.

SU representation in global
•        Represent SU in relevant global forums (management teams, program reviews) to understand overall theme strategy and also to drive action against local market requirements
•        Providing market specific portfolio input to global theme.
