Job description:

Manage and coordinate the activities of the Applications team within the Technology Center.
•Coordinate all activities as service manager/owner for company applications.
•Manage and provide effective ongoing tier-3 customer support for company applications.
•Monitor and update the CRM system for communicating customer issues.
•Manage coordination with application technology providers for reporting customer issues, obtaining bug fixes, testing and deploying patches on test and production instances.
•Coordinate and Provide internal support on company applications, including training, test cases/data, reports, demos.
•Provide guidance to franchisees for any applications related support as required.
•Manage the integration process and customer expectations for integration projects.
•Manage and provide effective ongoing support to customers on integration projects and implementations.
•Manage the training of the ERP team at the customers’ end for working with and maintaining the integration.
•Manage the maintenance of the integration with the customers’ ERP in the event of any changes/upgrades to company Technology Platform. Also assist Customer in maintaining the integration in the event of change in the customer’s ERP.
•Coordinate the testing of upgrades to company Technology Platform applications for integration requirements

Skills:

Experience more thin 5 years
•Experience in ERP integration mandatory. (Preference for either Oracle E-business Suite / SAP).
•Good experience with RDBMS. (Oracle / SQL Server).
•Good understanding of communication over WAN networks and security is essential.
•Knowledge of .Net, Web services, XML, Java programming, SQL, PL/SQL (Oracle Developer knowledge would be advantageous).
•Good Experience in SOA technologies.
•Working knowledge of data warehousing, OLAP, BI.
•Minimum 1 integration implementation is a must.
•Familiarity with procurement domain will be advantageous.
