1. Responsible for meeting and greeting customers and for ensuring customers are well received
2. Calls customers to remind them of maintenance due dates
3. Books in vehicles, and advises on time and cost required for repairs
4. Ensures that all deadlines promised to the customer are achieved
5. Opens job cards and assigns jobs to engineers, technicians, and staff within the workshop
6 Section Head and workshop supervisors to ensure of workshop and
6. Coordinates with the Workshop optimal loading the to increase service productivity
7. Handles customers’ queries and complaints promptly and effectively
8. Follows up on operations to avoid delays, to ensure quality of service, and to keep the customer informed of progress
as required
9. Ensures operations are carried out in a cost effective manner
10. Arranges for the release of serviced vehicles to customers
11. Road tests vehicles when required
12. Explains service details / costs to the customer
