Description du Poste:

Repondre aux appels et emails des clients par rapport aux reservations pour chambres d’hotels, tickets d’avions, ventes de services et produits touristiques, service clientele, donner des avis et repondre auz questions pour une compagnie de voyages.


Profil:

•        Langue Maternelle: L’Arabe
•        Parlant couramment le Français
•        De l’experience en service a la clientele/ centres d’appels
•        Experience dans l’industrie du tourisme /voyages est un avantage


Informations Supplementaires

Salaire: EGP 30,576 Gross + EGP 2,640 Bonus de performance
