Senior Trainer:Egyptian Takaful
Job description:
• Review training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts.
• Coordinate, schedule and conduct business and technical training for new hires and current employees.
• Identify and assess training needs of staff by conferring with managers and supervisors or conducting surveys.
• Produce training materials for in-house courses as appropriate. Amend and revise materials as necessary, in order to adapt to changes that occur.
• Facilitate the execution of all training plans.
• May instruct employees in new technology, in a new management and reporting system
• Frequently use training methods that include audiovisual aids, classroom instruction, role-playing, or equipment such as computers.
Skills:
• University graduate
• 3 – 5 years experiences
• Excellent written and spoken English & Arabic
• Dual keyboard skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Numerate
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize and plan workloads with priorities changing frequency
