Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Computer Information Systems OR
An appropriate university degree Training programs:
Advanced training courses in the areas of languages and development tools (.Net), databases (MS-Sql), operating systems and different methods of maintenance and documentation of applications.
Accredited training courses in auditing information systems
Experience:
Experience 3 to 5 years, including Experience in development of applications using the languages and various development tools ((Oracle with sufficient experience in the field of systems analysis and design, and government applications
Experience in Data & Function Modeling
Knowledge of System Analysis Methodology
Knowledge of international standards of auditing in the field of information systems
Experience in internal control information systems

Solid technical knowledge of ERP Systems
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies X++, .NET, Biz Talk
Demonstrable ERP Implementation experience
Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal
Enterprise Portal
Finance module experience
Microsoft C#.net & Visual Studio
Microsoft Windows Server 2003
SQL Server 2008
SQL Server Reporting Services 2008
SQL Server Integration Services 2008
Single and Multi-tier systems
Database/application backup and recovery, including disaster recovery
Ideally have all or most of the following skills and experience:
o Implemented ERP solutions within Aviation industry
o Worked with teams of developers including offshore teams
o Knowledge of ERP systems development tools
o Currently retain or willing to achieve Microsoft certifications
o Understanding of Relational databases, Web Services, .Net and XML
