Job description:

• Responsible for reviewing the cost of inventory, items and purchase invoices (PO/PR) as well as following-up on all receipts from all inventories. Responsible for making physical inventory count and pricing inventory consumption.
• Enter data related to inventory quantity in the inventory system (per item)
• Enter the price of inventory items on the accounting system to be used for the cost of production
• Revise the codes and invoices of inventory items
• Count the left over quantity of all packaging materials in the sub production store and compare with AX balance.
• Follow-up and review all receipts and issuances forms for all received and issued inventoried materials and other related issues
• Make monthly and yearly physical count for inventory items
• Print a monthly report for all inventoried items received during the month with GRN’s but not yet invoiced through supplier invoices.
• Book all suppliers invoices in the accounting system to match PO , with invoice and GRN to update material unit cost.
• Make sure that all job production orders are closed and ended on the system to update inventory accounts and to get proper costing for unit product cost.

Skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/FinanceMinimum: 2 to 4 years experience.
