- Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
- Respond to public inquiries
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages and emails.
- Provide support to the GM.
- Other Administrative and secretarial works.
- Perform other related duties as required
