Job description:
1. Sell company products to customers.
2. Collect full amounts due from customers.
3. Follow-up monthly statement of account with each customer, and ensure that it tallies with the customer’s statement of account.
4. Monitor competitors’ activities in the market (new products; new prices; promotions; gifts, etc.) and report them to his line manager.
5. Follow-up achievement of budget, as well as monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
6. Follow up growth goals for existing customers, and attract new customers.
7. Request final cancellation of inactive customers.
8. Seek to activate unmoving customers.
9. Adjust and update customers’ information and files in line with company regulations.
10. Handle returns in accordance with company regulations.
11. Develop business with customers by introducing new items and increasing customers’ monthly purchases.
12. Present new items to customers and demonstrate how they can be used.
13. Follow up the services provided to customers and ensure offering them the best service.
14. Assume full responsibility for customers’ problems with the company, and handle such problems in a positive way in line with company regulations.
