1) Responsible for the recruitment of monthly average 5 producer’s sales staff.
2) Responsible to develop minimum 2 Sales staff to senior sales level through 6 months time.
3) Responsible for define company new business generated from the team daily activities to be reported in a good faith to the direct manager.
4) Providing the adequate support to guarantee the reasonable portfolio growth with the minimum of 50% as a new business generated from developed portfolio during the last three quarter.
5) Spare no effort to guarantee the reasonable persistency percentage; the minimum accepted ration is 80%.
6) Responsible to achieve minimum of 80% from the annual Team target in addition to the personal production mentioned in the sales career path
