• Will be empowered with the responsibility of managing a sales team of 3-9 Sales Executives.
• Will lead your team in prospecting, development, closing and growing new business market share on a local / regional level.
• Will lead and motivate the sales team by coaching and collaborating directly with representatives and work closely with clients to ensure that we deliver relevant and effective campaigns.
• Will develop goals and monitor sales executive performance.
• Will also be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and carry a personal sales quota to increase market share, while assisting with creating sales plans in order to achieve maximum revenue potential.
• Achieving company set objectives.
• Document and measure objectives weekly with sales force.
• Insure proper record keeping and tracking within CRM or any system available.
• Insure that all employees are familiar with company policies and procedures.
• Recruiting Field coaching for 3-9 Sales Executives.
• Providing performance feedback regularly to Sales Executive.
• Establish schedule for weekly/biweekly sales meeting.
• Sales forecasting and pipeline management.
• Territory management.
