Job title: Sales Director “Real Estate Development”:
Job Description: We are looking for a highly qualified Sales Director with related experience in the real-estate field with an attractive salary.
-        Responsible of the sales and Marketing of the department
-        scanning the market to discover any new projects
-        taking the responsibility of sales targets
-        following up with consultants and following up with the team
-        ensuring all areas deliver the targeted volume & margin
-        Achieving the distribution target
-        Monitoring and ensuring that the orders of all products are in line with the market demand to control wastage & optimize sales

Skills:

•        5-8 years of experience
•        At least 3 years of experience in Managerial Position
•        Real Estate Development Background is a Must
•        AUC Graduate is preferable
•        MBA Holder is preferable
•        Proficient in both English & Arabic Languages
