Job title: Recruitment Specialist:
Job Description: We are looking for a qualified and talented Recruitment Specialist with related experience 1-2 years in a recruitment firm with an attractive salary. Key responsibilities will include:
• Receiving hiring requests from Operations Department
• Performing searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using databases, Internet
Recruiting resources,
• Screening potential candidates CVs, conducting on the phone interview with candidates & scheduling
Interviews with candidates accepted from the phone screening
• Conducting first interview with candidates who passed the pre-employment test
• Coordinating with Operations & candidates accepted from first interview for scheduling second interview
• Making sure that the employee signs the offers form and submits official documents
• Conducting all types of tests like (English –IQ) .
• Making JA & JD's
Skills:
Skills and Specifications
• Experience using Microsoft software, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
• Ability to work well within a matrix organization and limited supervision.
• Strong analysis and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong project planning and management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-leadership, teamwork, organization and planning.
