JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Management Reviewer conducts concurrent and retrospective reviews of patient’s files at Medical Corporation facilities in order to collect relevant information pertaining to on-going QM activities including but not limited to: Utilization Review. Theater Monitoring, Physician Profiling, Medical Audit and Risk management. Participates in Patient Satisfaction Surveys. Participates in program reviews and monitoring activities of various departments in line with Quality and Patient Safety Plans of the Medical Corporation and its facilities. Participates in the morbidity and mortality reviews of clinical departments, and summarizes the reviews to identify deviations from QM indicators. Complies with the Medical Corporation policies and procedures; and in particular infection control, safety and quality management. Performs other duties relevant to QM activities as approved by QM Director.

Skills:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Nursing Degree with 5 years plus experience in Quality Management.
Preferred: Paramedical Tech

OTHER SKILLS:
High standard of English (written and verbal) essential .Basic Computer skills needed. Good knowledge of nursing care principles and QPS requirements. Good communication skills. Ability to work in team. Minor decision making required. Problem solving skills required.
