A Multinational Auto Motive Company on Cairo has the following position:
Job title: Personnel Section Head:
Job Description: We are looking for a qualified and talented Personnel Section Head with related experience 5-7 years with a very attractive salary. Key responsibilities will include:
• Supervising all personnel administration function such as employee’s social insurance &health insurance procedures, labor law issues, payroll system & taxation payments.
• Handling different payroll & compensation program like Salary Surveys, payroll & Payment system and developing Salary Structures for the company.
• Ensures completeness of personnel files in accordance with the labor law requirements.
• Reviews all employment documents and ensures compliance with the labor law.
• Supervises the employee check in/ out procedures including exit interviews, ensures completeness, and informs relevant parties of new hires/ terminated employees.
• Maintains an HR database of employee data and ensures completeness.
• Maintains leave balances, informs payroll of any relevant payroll deductions, and prepares relevant leave reports.
• Supervises the process for recording attendance within each department and maintains attendance records.
• Leads the disciplinary process in accordance with the Company policy and communicates with payroll on related punitive deductions.
• Reviews outgoing HR letters and social insurance documents as related to the company employees.
• Reviews and approves payment requests for the company employees’ expenses in accordance with the Company policy.
• Reviews and approves monthly salary sheet for new employees.
• Reviews and approves employee grant list and check request forms based on the company policies, and sends them to the HR Manager for review and final approval.
• Coordinate and manage the process of employees’ performance evaluation and ensure following the Company’s systems and policies.
• Keep records of the training activities attended employees.
• Assist in the process of Training Needs Assessment in coordination with the HR manager.

• Experience using Microsoft software, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
• Very good English skills.
• Strong analysis and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong project planning and management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-leadership, teamwork, organization and planning.
