Job Duties & Responsibilities Summary:
Responsible for delivering technical solutions’ consultancy and implementation engagements to customers covering; Microsoft Service Management scope delivery
Proactively ensures scope is met within planned timelines, mitigates projects’ risks and provides solutions to scope delivery road blocks
Exceeds customer expectations by displaying total commitment to identifying and providing results of the highest possible standards aimed at addressing customer needs
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in implementing Service Management solutions and ITIL Certification is a must
Experience with implementing the Microsoft SystemCenter Platform, Service Management and CMDB Solutions
