Job description:

This position will include considerable time in front of customers performing implementation and support tasks. GP Consultant should be able to function equally as well as independently, or as part of a larger implementation team.
Responsibilities:
•        Implementation and support of dynamics GP in line with organization’s objectives.
•        Support existing client base in the areas of Dynamics GP.
•        Responsible for software configuration, documentation, implementation, training and support of the Microsoft Dynamics GP software.
•        Build positive client relationships while developing an understanding of customers businesses
•        Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
•        Achieve and maintain product certifications

Skills:

Minimum Requirement:

•        Minimum 2 years of dynamics GP consulting experience.
•        Minimum 2 full cycle dynamics GP implementation in Distribution Industry.
•        Minimum 1 full cycle dynamics GP implementation in Retail Industry.
•        Demonstrated product knowledge in Dynamics GP along with third party products
•        A positive, engaging and motivating personality.
•        Excellent communication skills.
•        Ability to meet deadlines.
