Main Responsibilities: Answer customer’s calls and respond to their inquiries. Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and provides additional customers.
Qualifications: Graduate, Very good , Excellent English Language, customer service oriented, strong verbal communication skills over the phone, proficient with Microsoft office, and ability to work on shift basis.
Skills:
1. Language School Graduated is a MUST
2. Very Good English, Excellent English a must
3. Min 3 months experience of working within a customer service preferable
4. Strong communication skills
Ability to capture data accurately and within guidelines
