Job detailsIT Support:Sahara Printing Co.Job description:Providing Technical Support for computer H/W products lines (Desktops, Workstations, Notebooks & Printing systems) with adequate level of service, starting from installation, configuration, troubleshooting & maintenance As follows: Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting variable types. Installing Windows, drivers and applications, while preparing them in the workshop. Performing full diagnose, Bios update and Firmware upgrade. Following up standards, diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system, while conducting appropriate procedural documentation, as per quality standards. Skills:Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent. •Minimum 1 year of working in the same or relevant field (Information System). •Excellent command of English. •Very Good Time management, Communication, Presentation, Problem Solving & Analytical Skills. •Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multi tasks at a time
