Job description:
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Deals with governmental External offices such as Labour offices and Social insurance
•Follows up on work permits and social insurance status and issue regular reports as required of staff’s social insurance and work permit status.
•Directs Personnel staff in completing personal files with all legal required documents and issue regular reports of personnel files status .
•Reviews, validates HR data base and issue regular staffing and headcount analysis as required.
•Issues regular reports on applicant flow, selection, and turnover.
•Directs staff in screening applicants, preparing interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications
•Prepares job descriptions.
•Keeps track and documentation of: interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
Skills:
Language Skills:
Fluent in reading, writing & speaking Arabic and English.
Computer Skills:
•Windows applications
•Microsoft Office applications and XP
•Internet Tools and various browsers
•HR MIS applications
