For a leading construction group, we are seeking to recruit HR Section Head for one of their subsidiaries
Job description:
1.Independently handling entire recruitment.
2.Taking care of Manpower Planning, job descriptions, strategy about recruitment source & process.
3.Fulfillment of the requirements, head-hunting the candidate, co-ordination with the candidate.
4.Conducting HR interview, finding out the right match as per the organizational needs, final offer and salary negotiation. Reference checking, issuing the appointment letter, making sure candidate joins
5.The primary responsibilities are in Recruitment & Selection & secondary are in non-recruitment & selection HR related areas
6.Planning & Preparing Business Plans for every Quarters.
7.Planning the strategies to meet Targets based on business plan.
8.Having good written & verbal communication skills, ability to handle pressure, highly motivated and a result - oriented team player with good interpersonal skills, proactive with a high energy level.
9.Taking care of Weekly Report, Weekly Analysis, and MIS Report of Team.
10.Assisted in Designing In-house Training & Development Module.
11.Have good network with placement agencies

Skills:

Qualification:
•6-8 years of experiences in HR focusing in Recruitment, preferably in Construction sector
•Engineering education background will be added advantage
•Fluent in English
•Male candidates only
