Job description:
- Develops and implements human resource policies and procedures to recruit and retain the best possible staff .
• Manages and directs the development of : 1. Job descriptions , 2. Job screening and recruitment activities 3. Selection of staff for promotions, change of job assignments or transfers, and terminations. • Develops and maintains staff training guidelines • Ensures that Human Resources and company policies and procedures are well communicated to employees and firmly implemented
• Maintains efficient staffing levels and payroll systems, helping Department Heads to maximize productivity & minimize unnecessary payroll costs.
• Supports the internal development of company personnel through the implementation of an effective plan in cooperation with the Training & Development Department.
• Co-ordinates and controls the employees performance appraisal system.
Skills:
- Must have 4 yrs exp in the same position
- good knolwedge of egyption work law and insurance
- Good interpersonal skills
- excellent command of english
- excellent computer skills
- excellent communication and presentation skills
