VAM SYSTEMS is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore & India.
VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for HR Coordinator for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
Skillset required:
1. Prepares tender documents in coordination with end user and reviews technical specifications for consistency and accuracy.
2. Reviews technical evaluation and communicates with vendors for technical clarifications.
3. Prepares commercial evaluation sheets and prepares awarding recommendations for head of procurement approval.
4. Prepares contract templates in coordination with legal department and verifies business aspects of contracts prior to signature.
5. Follows up contract execution in coordination with end users and forwards monthly invoices to Finance for payment.
6. Seeks new vendors who may qualify to do business with Bank and identifies vendors for purchases.
7. Multilanguage should be known / Arabic and English.
Required Experience: 3+Years.
Terms and conditions:
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
The selected candidates shall join VAM SYSTEMS – Qatar and shall be deputed to one of the leading banks in Qatar.
