Location        Qatar, Al-Doha

Job Duties & Responsibilities Summary:

        Responsible for delivering technical solutions’ consultancy and implementation engagements to customers covering; HP Service Management scope delivery
        Proactively ensures scope is met within planned timelines, mitigates projects’ risks and provides solutions to scope delivery road blocks
        Exceeds customer expectations by displaying total commitment to identifying and providing results of the highest possible standards aimed at addressing customer needs

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

        3-5 years of experience in implementing HP Software Service Management solutions and ITIL Certification is a must
        Experience with HP Service Manager, HP Release Control, HP Connect-it / SCAuto, HP Discovery, HP uCMDB and HP Configuration Manager
        HP Asset Manager experience is a Plus
