Job Duties & Responsibilities Summary:

        Responsible for delivering technical solutions’ consultancy and implementation engagements to customers covering; HP Operations Management scope delivery
        Proactively ensures scope is met within planned timelines, mitigates projects’ risks and provides solutions to scope delivery road blocks
        Exceeds customer expectations by displaying total commitment to identifying and providing results of the highest possible standards aimed at addressing customer needs

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

        3-5 years of implementing HP Software Operations Managementengagements
        Experience with HP Operations Manager (Windows, Linux and Unix), HP Smart Plug Ins, HP Performance Manager and Reporter, HP SiteScope, HP Network Node Manager and iSPIs and HP Network Automation
        HP BSM experience&ITIL background is a Plus
