Job Duties & Responsibilities Summary:
Responsible for delivering technical solutions’ consultancy and implementation engagements to customers covering; Business Services analysis, Business Service Management (BAC) scope delivery
Proactively ensures scope is met within planned timelines, mitigates projects’ risks and provides solutions to scope delivery road blocks
Exceeds customer expectations by displaying total commitment to identifying and providing results of the highest possible standards aimed at addressing customer needs
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
3-5 years of HP Software Business Service Management
HP BAC/BSM, SiteScope, BPM, RUM, Diagnostics, RTSM/ uCMDB and HP OMi
ITIL background is a Plus
