French speaking customer services Representative Wanted in Cairo

Start Date: April 2010 or May 2010
Location: 6th October, Motamayez zone
Salary: 2,548 EGP Gross salary and a 220 EGP performance bonus per month
Contract type : Permanent (8 working hour per day, from 9 am to 5 pm, or from 3 pm to 11 pm). 2 days off per week.
Experience required: 0-3 years of Customer Services Experience, Fluent French

Your role inside the company will be:
 Answer customers’ enquiries over the phone in Arabic and French
• On-line reservations (Airlines ticketing, Hotel reservations)
• To provide complete and appropriate technical solutions for the client's products
• To provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all customers and show empathy for the customers at all times

Skills required for this position:
• Have fluent French!
• Native Arabic speakers
• Very good communication skills
• 0-3 years of Call Centre/Sales/Customer Services experience
•Previous experience in the travel industry is an advantage
