Tasks – Customer Service:

Answering customer calls and enquires for a major travel company handling:
•        Online booking
•        Hotel reservations
•        Airlines ticketing
•        In-bound sales
•        Customer service/order changes

Skills required - Candidate profile:

•        Native Arabic speaker (Egyptian)
•        Fluency in French
•        0-3 years of Customer Service, call-center and sales experience
•        Previous experience in travel industry an asset
•        Good communication skills
•        Team player
