My client is a leading contact centre outsourcer based in 50 different countries all around the world. In a constant growth on an international environment, the company is currently looking for Customer Service Representative to handle customers’ queries. Those agents have to be fluent in English and will deal with the clients of an on line tourism agency. This is a very dynamic and international project to work for!
Daily tasks
• Data entry
• Deal with customers queries
• Provide information clearly at native language level
• Ability to listen attentively and hear important information

Candidate
•        FLUENT ENGLISH a must
•        Min 12 months experience of working within a customer service preferable
•        Strong communication skills
•        Ability to capture data accurately and within guidelines
•        Ability to listen and advise attentively and hear important information

Location : Choubra, Cairo, Egypt
Salary: 2800 EGP per month + 20% bonus (up to 3500 EGP)
Contract type: Full time, permanent
Experience required: Fluent English. Previous Customer service or Call centre experience
