Salary: 2800 EGP per month + 20% bonus
Working hours: 7/24 flexibility required! 2 days off per week

In a constant growth on an international environment, Cairo’s establishment is offering positions as Customer Service Representative to handle customers’ queries. Those agents have to be fluent in English and will deal with the clients of a leading on line tourism agency.

We require
•        FLUENT ENGLISH WITH STRONG ACCENT (lower level won’t be considered)
•        Strong communication skills
•        Ability to capture data accurately and within guidelines
•        Ability to listen attentively and hear important information
•        Enthusiasm and patience
•        Experience in call centre, customer support is an advantage

Training period starting on Monday 3rd May
Working hours: flexible shift (8 hours daily, night or day), 2 days off a week
