Job description:
-Closely managing and monitoring the performance and progress in sales targets achievement, the quality of the portfolios and the persistence of policies.
-Monitoring clients’ satisfaction and supporting the Sales team in developing sales opportunities.
-Conducting sales visits for the purpose of developing sales opportunities and to coach the Sales team on effective sales and client management.
-Exploring and developing business opportunities to achieve targets.
-Recruiting the needed calibers to achieve the set targets, in coordination with the PRT department.
-Conducting regular performance appraisal of subordinates and providing them with performance feedback.
-Presenting periodical reports and statistics to illustrate the Unit’s activity and results as needed.

-Excellent leadership skills with ability to mobilize the efficient operations of teams.
-Excellent analytical abilities with strong skills in analyzing business cycles, models and workflow systems.
-Excellent planning, managerial and follow up abilities.
-Excellent communications skills with a high customer service orientation.
-High problem solving abilities.
-Hard working.
-Ability to work under pressure.
