Job description:

- Experience in handling DDU shipments
- Communications with international agents
- Custom clearance knowledge
- Air Freight knowledge
- Demonstrates deep understanding of freight forwarding inco terms
- Following Management, and Middle Management orders
- Updating, and sending the daily report table for each client during operations
- Following up on trucking services, and operations
- On time feedback and reaction to clients requests, problems, and needs
- Following up on carrier bookings
- Customer service and problem solving
- Processing all shipments docs and steps
- Revising and finalizing BL and all relevant documents
- Arranging for carrier bookings, and confirmation
- Following up with shipping lines during shipments
- Sending daily on-line tracking updates to tracking administrator

Skills:

- Should be Female
- BSc. from accredited university
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
- Must have previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding company
- Custom clearance experience.
- Working knowledge of AF operation.
- Presentable
- Flexible working hours
