In a constant growth on an international and dynamic environment, the company is currently looking for a Senior Sales manager to train and lead a dynamic multilingual team. Daily tasks
•        Manages performance by coaching the account supervisors & trainer, create and encouraging individual employee participation in decision making
•        Conduct all internal team meetings
•        Drive the client team in order to increase productivity
•         Prepare & Conduct performance appraisals for Account Supervisors and trainer
•        Achieve sales team target

*Visa for KSA provided
*Training in Smart Village Business Park in Egypt
*Long term career in Saudi Arabia
Candidate
•        Egyptian Arabic + fluent English
•        Call centre experience
•        Strong Sales experience (Telecom sales appreciated)
•        Excellent Multinational and communication skills
•        Willing to relocate

Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Start Date : ASAP
Salary: 16000 – 20000 (Saudi Arabia Riyals)
Contract type: Full time, permanent
Experience required: Fluent English+ account/project management
