Job description:

An Energy Consultant is required within this leading organisation to providing energy and sustainability consultancy on numerous projects throughout the Middle East.

A key element of their activities involves providing LEED and Estidama guidance throughout project design and construction. Experience with Energy Modeling software such as IES-VE, eQuest, Visual DOE is required and a good understanding of HVAC and MEP systems is expected.

Some understanding of Energy Auditing would also be beneficial.

The successful candidate will have a degree in mechanical engineering, or similar discipline, with solid post graduate experience working in the energy field.

Skills:

The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience implementing building assessment methods such as LEED or Estidama.
• A track record of successful LEED or Estidama (or similar) submissions
• Experience with Energy Modelling Software such as IES-VE or eQuest
• A good understanding of MEP and HVAC systems
• A relevant degree in Engineering or Similar
• More than 2 years post graduate experience
• Some experience with Energy Auditing
• Experience in the UAE construction industry
• Good communication and organizational skills
