Salary: 2800 EGP per month + 20% bonus (up to 3500 EGP)
Working hours: 7/24 flexibility required! 2 days off per week

Our client is a leading contact centre outsourcer based in 50 different countries all around the world. In a constant growth on an international environment, the company is currently looking for Customer Service Representative to handle customers’ queries. Those agents have to be fluent in English and will deal with the clients of an on line tourism agency.

Daily tasks
• Data entry
• Deal with customers queries over the phone
• On line booking, flight and hotels reservations
• Provide information clearly at native language level
As an employee, my client will provide you
Full training, door to door transportation for women, medical and social insurance, city centre located office.
Candidate
•        FLUENT ENGLISH a must
•        Min 3 months experience of working within a customer service preferable
•        Strong communication skills
•        Ability to capture data accurately and within guidelines
