Start Date: April/May 2010
Location : 6th October
Salary: 2,548 EGP Gross monthly salary and a 220 EGP performance bonus per month
Contract type : Full time (8 working hours per day, 9 am/5 pm or 3 pm/11 pm). 2 days off per week.
Experience required: 0-3 years of customer services experience, Fluent French

My client is currently looking for French fluent speakers to work as Customer Service agents and to join its successful team. As an employee, your tasks will be to answer queries over the phone and to provide the best advices to foreign customers. You will have to deal with On-line reservations, airlines ticketing and hotel reservations by using softwares such as Sabre and Galileo.

► Native Arabic speaker/
