Our client is a leading contact centre outsourcer based in 50 different countries all around the world. Cairo’s establishment is offering positions as Customer Service Representative to handle customers’ queries. Applicants have to be fluent in English.

Candidates’ requirements
•        FLUENT ENGLISH (lower level won’t be considered)
•        Strong communication skills
•        Ability to capture data accurately and within guidelines
•        Ability to listen attentively and hear important information
•        Enthusiasm and patience
•        Experience in call centre, customer support is an advantage


Tasks
• Data entry
• Deal with customers queries
• Provide information clearly at native language level
• Ability to listen attentively and hear important information

Jobs detailss
Training period starting on Monday 3rd May
Working hours: flexible shift (8 hours daily, night or day), 2 days off a week
Salary: 2800+ 20% bonus /month
Social and medical insurance, interesting salary bonus every month, great opportunity of career, city centre located office.
