My client is a leading contact centre outsourcer based in 50 different countries all around the globe. In a constant growth on an international environment, the company is currently looking for Customer Service Representative to handle customers’ queries. Those agents have to be fluent in English and will deal with the clients of a leading on line tourism agency.

Daily tasks
• Deal with Irish/British customers queries over the phone
• Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the customers
• Provide information clearly at native language level
• Data entry

Skills required
•        FLUENT ENGLISH
•        Min 12 months experience of working within a customer service
•        Experience in the tourism industry
•        Excellent communication skills
•        Ability to listen attentively and hear important information

Location : Choubra, Cairo, Egypt
Salary: 2800 EGP per month + 20% bonus
Contract type: Full time, permanent
Experience required: Fluent English. Previous Customer service or Call centre experience
