Job description:

Incumbents of this role will be accountable for the following activities;

•        “Order management process” for her/his customers; from order taking to delivery,
•        Customer relations on order bases
•        Coordinate internal divisions according to customer expectations
•        Coordinating logistics, forwarding, and customs activities until the product reach to customer
•        Responsible for documentation of foreign trade & local sales activities
•        Order related ERP applications
•        Ownership of reporting and recording of customer complaints
•        Developing projects to increase customer satisfaction via involving related internal divisions and/or third parties

Skills:

All applicants are expected/preferred to have following qualifications;

•        At least a BS or BA in a related field
•        Experience in export, customs and logistics operations with foreign trade legislation knowledge.
•        Experience in customer oriented processes in Business 2 Business companies.
•        A good level of analytical thinking, problem solving, customer orientation skills
•        Interpersonal & communication skills, outgoing personality, focusing on results
•        Fluency in both written and spoken English,
•        No restrictions for international travel
