1-Have complete responsibility for volume development and customer service delivery for all individual accounts.
2-Sell and execute all authorized products, packages and promotions.
3-Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability and regulation rotation.
4-Fill and rotate all shelf, displays and equipment to the Company's standards.
5-Properly price product.
6- Utilize point of purchase material.
7-Deliver Accounts serviced as scheduled
8-Ensure safe vehicle operation
9-Manage daily settlement and collection of payment
10-Maintain records including route cards/books
11-Achieving the sales target for the route
Skills:
-High School/ University graduate.
- Ability to learn fast & implement new ideas.
- Carrying a heavy duty driving license 1st class or 2nd as minimum (as per local regulations in the location).
- Sales experience with an FMCG company (Beverage or Snack Foods).
- Age 20 to 35
