Our client is a leading provider of integrated business process outsourcing services such as customer service, technical support, customer retention, customer sales and other professional services. They have more than 17,000 employees across 35 solution centres in 19 countries.
As call centre agent your role will consist of handling online bookings, Hotel reservations, Airlines ticketing, In-bound sales, Customer service/order changes and answering customer calls and enquiries for a major travel company handling.
Job specifics:
Salary: EGP 30,576 Gross + EGP 2,640 Performance Bonus
Start date: ASAP

Skills:
Job requirements:
• Native Arabic speaker
• Fluency in French
• 0-2 years of customer service, call-center and sales experience
• Previous experience in travel industry an advantage
