Job Description: We are looking for a qualified and talented Client Relationship Manager with related experience 3-5 years with an attractive salary. Key responsibilities will include:

•        The day-to-day tasks of client relation managers, center around meeting the needs of their clients.
•        Focus on developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
•        CRMs must have the skills to analyze work flow, evaluate systems and formulate plans.
•        Recommend strategies and communicate the desires of clients to other members of a project team to ensure understanding of the clients' challenges and goals.

Skills:

•        Experience using Microsoft software, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
•        Ability to work well within a matrix organization and limited supervision.
•        Very good language skills.
•        Strong analysis and strategic thinking skills.
•        Strong project planning and management skills
•        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•        Team-leadership, teamwork, organization and planning.
