Responsibilities:
•Immediately respond to customers’ inquiries about balances of their credit cards, loans, auto loans and current accounts and giving accurate, detailed information on any and all Citibank services and products.
•Making any required maintenance on customers’ credit cards upon their requests such as; activating their credit cards; replacing them in case of lost/stolen, changing telephone numbers or addresses on the system and making regeneration for their cards statements.
•Helping customers perform different actions on the IVR “Interactive Voice Response “ such as issuing PIN codes for their credit cards/debit cards, transferring money between their accounts or requesting banking/cards statement regeneration to be sent by fax.
•Referring the customers’ requests to the concerned units through memos. For example; setting an appointment for the cm to receive his/her card and sending the memo to the delivery unit, sending a request to the customer service department for check book, certificate issuance, credit limit increase or fees waiving requests or issue a memo to the charge back unit if a customer wants to dispute on a specific transaction.
•Referring the data of the new to bank customers to the sales unit through an access database to contact them and give them full details about the product they want to apply for in case they are eligible.
•Offering the customers some services on their cards such as personal insurance, card balance insurance or installment plans where I calculate for the customers how to pay their total balance on installments.
